I waited forever, and it still showed up late. the whole thing was ridiculous...

I was into the idea of trying frames at home since it meant I didn’t have to make a trip to the store. The box arrived fine, and I did like being able to see the glasses in regular lighting instead of under store lights. That said, the selection felt kind of limited to me, though maybe I just didn’t catch all the options. Sending them back was also more annoying than I expected. I had to reread the return instructions a couple times, and it didn’t feel as simple as I thought it would. It’s a convenient concept, but based on my experience, it just didn’t work that well for me.

I had to wait days just to get a response, and then I still had to chase them up again. dealing with these clowns was frustrating. The customer service was slow, not very helpful, and just made the whole thing way more annoying than it needed to be.

Checkout was okay, nothing too crazy. It got the job done, but it wasn’t exactly super smooth or anything. Overall, it was fine, tbh.

The frames look modern and I can see why some people would like them, but a few of the designs felt a little too bold for me. They’re not bad or anything, just not quite as easy to wear as I was hoping. Overall, it’s kind of a mixed impression for me.

I reached out to support with a quick question and they basically told me, “no worries, we’ll make sure it matches what you need,” which was reassuring. Everything turned out just as expected, so I’m happy with the experience.

The glasses arrived fine and nothing was broken, thankfully. But the box was a little crushed and the padding felt kinda cheap. For the price, I expected the packaging to be a bit neater.

I really wanted to like these, but the frames felt way too tight on my face and started hurting my nose after a short time. Not sure if it’s just the shape or sizing?? They just weren’t comfortable for me.

I’ve only had these for about a month, and the frame already cracked near the hinge. At first I thought maybe I was being too rough on them or just had bad luck, but they don’t seem like they’re built for daily use. I’m kind of second-guessing buying them now.

The lens quality is okay tbh. Nothing super amazing, but it does the job fine for everyday use imo.

The exchange itself was easy and straightforward, no real issues there. The only thing was the replies came in kind of slow, slow enough that I noticed, but overall it still worked out fine...

I was surprised that my kids don’t fight wearing these glasses. They both said they’re comfy and don’t feel too tight, which is a huge win in our house. They still forget them at home sometimes, but when they actually wear them, there’s no complaining. My only frustration was the wait for shipping, it felt like it took longer than it should have, and I kept wondering when they were finally going to show up. Overall though, I’m happy with them

I went in hoping to find a few different frame styles, but the selection was disappointing. Everything kind of looked the same, and there wasn’t much variety in shapes or colors at all. I feel stupid for trusting that they’d have more options based on what I expected. Ended up leaving without buying anything

I’m disappointed with this order. Maybe I’m just annoyed because it happened so recently, but this last experience really changed how I feel about ordering from here. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

i mean, the site looks legit enough and I didn’t notice anything super sketchy, but I’m still not totally sure about how much I trust the brand. The info is there, it just doesn’t feel all that convincing. I’d feel better if there were clearer reviews or more details to back things up. It’s not bad, just kind of average to me.

I ordered the try-on kit it took way longer to arrive than I expected. Just a heads up for anyone considering it: maybe check other options first or be prepared for a bit of a hassle. I personally wouldn’t bother with it again
